  • What happens if my dog isn’t behaving during a walk or jog?
If your dog is having trouble with leash manners or becomes overly excited during walks or jogs, we’ll handle the situation with patience and care. We’re trained to help dogs with leash training and behavior management. We will do 1 of 4 things. 1-Their walk may be shortened. 2- a different leash approach. 3- Trying out a different environment one that may be calmer, to ensure your dog gets the most out of each walk or jog. 4- If the dog’s behavior poses a danger to me or others (aggression, constant pulling, or anxiety that prevents safe walks), we will not be able to take the dog as a client at this time. You may still see if they qualify for leash training in which you will be required to pay a deposit of half the amount up front, and if he/she passes the 2-week trial then the remainder of the payment will be due, and training will continue.
  • What should I do if my dog has special needs or behavioral concerns?
If your dog has specific behavioral issues or special needs, please let us know when booking a service. We can tailor our walks, jogs, and training sessions to accommodate your dog's unique requirements. For behavioral concerns like mild aggression, anxiety, or excessive pulling, we recommend considering our Leash Master Training Programs to address these issues effectively. We’re committed to providing safe, supportive care for dogs of most temperaments. We do not handle highly aggressive behaved dogs. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for safety reasons.
